CLASS 101 is our basic introduction to our church family and is designed to clearly explain who and what our church is.

Thee CLASS is broken down into four sessions covering Our Salvation, Our Statements, Our Strategy and Our Structure. You will hear about our history, learn how the 5 purposes are necessary in order to fulfill God’s purpose for your life and hear about the plans for the future of Saddleback. At the end of CLASS you will be able to decide whether to complete the membership process by filling out and signing the application or to wait until another time.

CLASS 201 will help you develop the habits you need to jump-start your spiritual growth.
It will give you an overview of the three basic spiritual habits every Christian needs in order to grow:
Daily Time with God (prayer and Bible reading), Giving, and Fellowship.

At Saddleback we believe that every member of our church is a minister.

During CLASS 301 you will learn how God can use your Spiritual Gifts, your Heart (passions), your Abilities, your Personality and your Experiences to minister to the needs of others. When you chose to follow Christ, you were given special abilities, known as Spiritual Gifts. God gave you these gifts for you to use to build up His Church. God also gave you passion for particular activities and subjects. Having the heart for specific things, people or circumstances is to be used to guide us into a ministry that we really care about. In 301, you will be shown how to assess your abilities, gifts and passions to see where in ministry you will love to serve.

God created you with a purpose. That personal, yet church-wide purpose, means connecting flawed human beings with our perfect and eternal God.

Your own story of how God has worked in your life is one of the most effective tools you have for connecting people to God. In CLASS 401, you'll learn to communicate that story to your neighborhood, workplace and around the world.

By using your own gifts, personality and story, you'll touch people only you can touch. Your life experiences can be a bridge to a friend or family member who is seeking Christ.

God's global plan includes reaching people from every nation with the good news of Jesus. In CLASS 401, you'll get a picture of what God is doing throughout the world to bring His people to Himself. You'll also find out how you can be part of His global plan.

Finally, we'll share with you 15 opportunities for you to get started in sharing your faith immediately. At the end of CLASS 401, you can pray about joining Saddleback on the greatest adventure of your life.
