The Grief Support Workshop uses the curriculum called Grief Share and it offers a structured process so that people can find comfort, encouragement and support while going through the severe emotional trauma that follows the death of a loved one.  This is a 13 week group that starts out with you watching a video and then you break up into small groups with a facilitator. There is a workbook that goes along with the workshop and it cost $20.
