Kidney Disease Support Group

CHANGING LIVES ON PURPOSE!

We are a group of patients, friends and family members whose lives have been impacted by Chronic Kidney Disease.  We have found that coming together to share our experience, knowledge and hope in Christ not only helps each of us, but it allows God to work through us to help others.  We encourage our attenders to be pro-active in their medical care, always seeking to learn more about their disease and various treatment options available to them and discussing these options with their medical team.  We welcome any and all people to attend this group and encourage you to tell others about it who might also benefit by attending.

WE ARE NOW MEETING IN THE NEW PEACE CENTER
LOCATED AT 1 PURPOSE DR., LAKE FOREST. 
ONCE YOU TURN ON PURPOSE DRIVE IT IS THE 2ND DRIVEWAY TO THE RIGHT

2nd Saturday of the month at 2:00 PM
4th Monday of the month at 11:00 AM
