Do you...

  • Constantly think about your food, weight, or body issues?
  • Have difficulty concentrating because of those thoughts?
  • Worry about what your last meal is doing to your body?
  • Experience guilt or shame around eating?
  • Count calories whenever you eat or drink?
  • Feel "out of control" when it comes to food?
  • Binge eating twice a week or more?
  • Still feel fat when others tell you that you are thin?
  • Obsess that your stomach, hips, and thighs are to big?
  • Weigh yourself several times a day?
  • Exercise more than an hour every day to burn calories?
  • Label foods as "good" and "bad"?
  • Vomit after eating?
  • Use laxatives or diuretics to keep your weight down?
  • Severely limit your food intake?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, you are not alone. More than 80% of American women are reported to be dissatisfied with their appearance (Smolak, 1996). It does not have to be that way. Please consider joining us as we explore the misconceptions and remove the stigma surrounding our attitudes and behaviors with food. Finding your freedom in Christ is the key to revealing your true identity. Peace with food, mind and body is possible. Come and discover God's purpose for your.

"And the truth will set you free." John 8:32
