FITNESS WELL-BEING



Want a fun and enriching way for you to get in shape? Then come and take part in our Fitness Well-being classes. We have classes combining cardio/aerobic and light resistance training for an overall body workout which are taught in Refinery/Gym by an ISSA certified fitness specialist. So come on ladies, let’s get in shape together!


Ongoing weekly classes are held every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00am Starting Sept 12. Cost is $5 per week for 3 sessions (Mon/Wed/Thurs). Space is limited so it is wise to pre-register or drop in and hope there is availability (no guarantee).
