Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00-9:00am (weekly)

Want a fun and enriching way for you to get in shape? Come and take part in our Fitness Well-Being classes. We have classes combining cardio/aerobic and light resistance training for an overall body workout, taught in the Refinery by an ISSA certified fitness specialist.  So come on ladies, let’s get in shape together!

Cost: $5 per week for 3 sessions (Mon/Wed/Fri).
Space is limited so it is wise to pre-register or drop-in and hope there is availability

Fitness Bootcamp will include Resistance Training, Cardio Training, Agility and Speed Training, Plyometrics and Stretching.  

Cost: $5 per session
