Community: Unchurched Immigrants in Europe

• Pray that that the existing churches will equip their members to reach out to their friends neighbors, coworkers and classmates in the their own community.
• Pray that Christians in these areas will show genuine love to the people among them that are culturally different and provide them with the message of Jesus.

Clean Water

Community: Guarani Village, Argentina

• Pray for increased usage and a decline of disease
• Pray for the spread of the gospel in this community and the surrounding communities

Education

Community: Kigali, Rwanda

• Pre-School Teacher Training, April 2010.
• Pray that the teachers will be thoroughly trained and motivated to start pre schools in their churches.

Healthcare

Community: Karongi District, Rwanda
Community Leader(s): Moses Ndahiro, Pastor Justin Zigiranyirazo, and Pastor Thomas Tchuma

• Pray for the 2000 Community PEACE Servants that are teaching about primary healthcare in their communities. They are ministering to approximately 70,000 people.
• Pray they would have the tools they need, that they feel encouraged, and that they see direct results from their work.
• Pray that the families they are visiting would have an increased awareness of how to get healthy, increased access to medication and embrace the gospel message of Jesus Christ.

HIV/AIDS

Community: Karongi District, Rwanda
Community Leader(s): Moses Ndahiro, Pastor Justin Zigiranyirazo, and Pastor Thomas Tchuma

• Please pray for the 1200 Community PEACE Servants that are teaching about HIV/AIDS care and prevention in their communities. They are ministering to approximately 67,200 people.
• Pray they would have the tools they need, that they feel encouraged, and that they see direct results from their work.
• Pray that, because of the work of the CPS's, people would have increased access to HIV medication and would better understand the Gospel message of caring for the sick in their community.

Community: Kibuye, Rwanda
Community Leader(s): Inter-church Council (13 churches - Pastor Thomas)

• Pray for Dr. Paulin as he provides expert HIV care in the hospital and links the local church to healthcare.
• Pray for the children and mothers infected with HIV, that the people in the church would help them with getting tested and treated so that the babies born to mothers would not be HIV positive.

Justice

Community: Remera, Rwanda

• Pray for Pastors who are fighting the injustice of "property grabbing" - "Property Grabbing" occurs when a widow's husband dies and she and her children are thrown off the land that rightfully belongs to them. The effects of this injustice include homelessness, prostitution, increased exposure to HIV/AIDS, and an increased number of street children.
  
• Pray for the raising up of victim advocates in each church throughout this community and others.

Orphans

Community: Karongi Disctric, Rwanda
Community Leaders: Moses Ndahiro, Pastor Justin Zigiranyirazo, and Pastor Thomas Tchum

There are nearly 1,000,000 orphans and vulnerable children in Rwanda, of which 210,000 are a result of HIV and AIDS.

• Pray for the pastors and Community PEACE Servants that are working to care for these children.
• Pray that they will be able to identify healthy families in their community that will be willing to take in these children as part of their family.
• Pray that God would continue to provide for and protect the thousands of children that sleep on the streets each night.

Community: Kibuye, Rwanda

• Pray for the 110 children currently sponsored through the Rwanda Orphan Care Initiative that they would receive the love, connection and support in their families necessary to grow and thrive.
• Pray that more children would be sponsored and that this new model of orphan care through the church and local families would continue.

The Persecuted Church

Community: Orissa, India

• Pray the Christians in this community. Thousands of Christian families have had their homes burned down, hundreds of churches were burned and several pastors were killed. Saddleback Church has helped 7 widows of pastors to regain an income through the donations of Saddleback Church members.

Community: China

• Pray for a Chinese pastor that has been imprisoned. Saddleback Church members have been helping the wife and children to cope and survive financially.

Community: Sri Lanka

• Pray for the church in Sri Lanka that is under pressure to stop sharing the love of Christ with non-Christians. Churches have been burned down and pastors threatened. Pray for the most strategic way for Saddleback Church to help these threatened pastors and families.

Purpose Driven

Community: Rome, Italy

• Pray that a core group of key church leaders from every denomination will join a 3 year plan that begins in September.
• Pray that all churches in this area will grow in number and health.
