What are the Requirements to Lead a Workplace Small Group?

1. A leader must be a member of Saddleback Church.
2. A leader must commit to completing all remaining CLASSES 201, 301 and 401.
3. A leader must commit to complete Leader Training 1 (LT-1) and agree to implement the Leader Values on the Leader Application.
4. A leader must be able to answer that there are no problems with the following areas:
5. A Leader must not have current habitual struggles or moral issues (drugs, alcohol, cohabitation, etc.) that would bring shame on the name of Jesus Christ or on Saddleback Church.
6. In addition, there must not be any current marital struggles (i.e. infidelity, separation, divorce in process, etc.)
7. Finally, the leader must support Saddleback Church's Statement of Faith without any reservation or addition.

1. You need to have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior
2. Leader must be baptized by immersion at Saddleback Church or at an acceptable Bible teaching church.
3. Leader must have completed Membership CLASS 101, and have signed our membership covenant that is available in CLASS 101.
