Hope for the Holidays: Your Service Is Still Needed!

Our church has teamed up with Albertsons to provide hope this holiday season by offering pre-made dinners to families in need. You can help serve by standing at one of our tables inside an Albertsons store and handing out flyers explaining the program to shoppers.

Our Lake Forest and Rancho Capistrano areas have already been covered, but we are still in great need for people to serve in Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, Fountain Valley, Stanton, Buena Park, and Anaheim. If you can volunteers in one of these areas, please go to saddleback.com/serve to sign up.

If you’ve already signed up at an Albertsons store, but are unable to serve that day, please help us out by trying to fill your spot with another friend or small group member. We greatly appreciate your partnership with us as we strive to reach out to our community this season.

I live in Tustin Ranch and can serve at either the Albertson's on Chapman or the Albertson's in Irvine on Irvine Blvd, or Tustin Albertson's on Newport Avenue

Hi Everyone-Albertons has asked us to account for each person per shift, so you must sign your group up at www.saddleback.com/serve so that we have a record for each participant. Me appreciate it greatly.

I've spoken to Matt Bruce twice and was promised more info to pass to my team but still nothing!!! I'd love to register everyone in my group by name but have been unable to sign up. Extremely frustrating.

I might have missed something so please help me out. Does "pre-made meal" mean it has been cooked and is ready to eat, or does it mean all the ingredients for a complete Thanksgiving/Christmas Dinner are included in a box/bag for a family? Please explain. It might have been explained when I did not have my "listening" ears on. Thanks.

My small group signed up to deliver meals in San Juan Capistrano before Thanksgiving, but I haven't seen any information about that. Do you know where I can find out more details?Thank you!

I apologize for everyone's frustration. I am told by the ministry team that an email will be coming this weekend to anyone who signed up.Again, I apologize. Sharon, pre-made means cooked, so all that you'll need to do is heat and serve:)

Are there any weekends left to do hope fo the holidays at Albertsons, wowould like to sign up with my family. We are already signed up with our small group. Thought this would be great for our family to do together. Is the aLBERTSONS ION Laguna Niguel near crown valy participating. The manager is Ron Viagianno.
