Since today is Sunday and I’m busy preparing for FUSE, I don’t really have anything to report on Refuel. Although I did get an email today from my friend Ross. I sent him a copy of Refuel during the week and he wrote me:

Hi Doug, thanks for the book. I got up to page 41 (I got enthralled with a hair product I can't afford and wouldn't use...ha) and then I had to get a head start on my weekend "Honey Do's." I can already tell this isn't just for people who want to reconnect with God. It’s also a book for anyone who is working/stewing/busying themselves to an early grave.

Wow. 41 pages in one sitting… that’s much better than our small groups’ team (see February 2nd).

I didn’t ask Ross for permission to post his email and I’m not sure what blogger etiquette is (I’m sure one of you will let me know). I guess I could have changed his name to Rose, but I didn’t. I checked our church database and we currently have 162 people named Ross, so technically it could have been any of them.
