Our small groups’ team experimented with the idea of going thru the Refuel book as a staff (1 chapter a week—not overly aggressive, but remember, it’s the small group team). Randomly, one of the staff is picked to lead the group and share his/her insights from their reading and how they plan to able to apply it to their life.

It’s actually been a surprise learning for Steve Gladen (Pastor to Small Groups). He said, “From now on, I want our staff to read the book before we offer it to the entire church small groups. Our team is so excited about the series now. Normally, we do it at the same time as the church and this time around we’ve discovered our leaders are now anxious to get others talking about it.”

Anyway, one of the staff, Tina Brown who oversees online community & online groups tools (yeah, I’m not sure what that means either) put together a little video from chapter 4 (Be Quiet). I was thrilled to see her creativity and asked her if I could share it with you (whoever “you” are).  What do you think?
