Our Internet Campus brings teachings and worship services to homes, coffee shops and computers across the globe. Many people are unable to attend service at one of our 10 locations because of geographical, time or even physical constraints. The Saddleback Church Internet Campus reaches out to you so you can get connected no matter where you’re at.
We recently received an e-mail from a group of Internet Campus members in Hong Kong. The campus allows them to watch sermons and get involved with Saddleback campaigns like small groups and The Daniel Plan. Here’s what they had to say about their experience: We are a group of people living in Hong Kong, and most of us work or study full-time. We joined Saddleback Internet Campus early this year.
With each sermon, our group has grown - from two to four members, then to eight, and we recently had 17 this Easter. We continue to grow week after week, and our members gather together and attend Saddleback services through the Internet Campus. We have named our fellowship “The Acts,” and we share the same core values of Saddleback Church.
With the help of Jay Kranda, we are able to access many materials such as Fresh Start, Foundations, Questions about the Bible, etc., and all of us can grow with these resources. We implement the small group practices also, like Daniel Plan, and various kinds of Saddleback curriculums.
Each of us has grown a lot throughout this period and we are enthusiastic to reach more un-churched people in Hong Kong. Hopefully, we can gather more people to join us in the future.
May we express our deepest thanks to our Lord Jesus and Saddleback Church for launching the Internet Campus! “Unreached groups” like us can have meaningful fellowship too, and we feel so connected to our Jesus and to the church!
The Saddleback Internet Campus meets twice a day during the week, twice on Saturday and 12 times on Sunday. Each service has a hosted chat where you can interact with other internet campus members.
