Launch is a part-time launch-phase program for leaders who are planting a church or starting a multi-site campus. Participants receive training in all phases of launching a church or
campus from some of the most respected experts in the country.
Elevate is a one-year full-time residency designed for leaders who are preparing to plant a church or lead a multi-site campus. It is uniquely designed to provide
leadership development experiences through hands-on ministry leadership opportunities at one of Saddleback's many campuses throughout Southern California.
Accelerate is a year-long full-time apprenticeship designed for leaders who are called to staff leadership at a church plant, multi-site campus, or existing church. Programs include children's
ministries, student ministries, worship arts, small groups, or church administration.
Discover is a 4-month, part-time internship designed for college students or recent graduates. We have opportunities for you to develop your skills with internships in
leadership, communications, journalism, graphics, film, music, social media, accounting, and more!
PEACE Scaffolding is a program for Saddleback members who want to use their skills and talents to aid the 12-city international church plants. Members of this program
will spend 90-120 days assisting Saddleback staff in a variety of needed areas to start Saddleback churches around the world as the first step toward reaching the 3,800 unengaged people groups of the world.
