It’s been 8 months since The Refinery opened at the Lake Forest Saddleback campus, if you haven’t taken time to come up and see it I guarantee it’s worth a visit. My favorite part of The Refinery is that it doesn’t look new, it doesn’t look like Orange County and it doesn’t look like a building that would serve the community not just as a place to meet and hang out but a building that is environmentally friendly.
During the week you’ll find this a place where all ages can hang out with your friends, grab a bite to eat at the Deli or Café and if you enjoy a ‘mobile’ office bring your laptop and find a corner to make your own, maybe in front of the fireplace or in one of the conversation pits. Recently Ivy Jelden of the Orange County Register paid The Refinery a visit you can check out her column at Faith in the Valley.
I invite you to check it out on your own, I’m sure you’ll enjoy the visit!
Smile!
